Vita Kolar / VXVX

Vita Kolar (b. 1992, Slovenia), also known as VXVX, is an interdisciplinary artist who takes a raw and intuitive approach to image-making. She samples fragments from pop culture, urban neighborhoods, and everyday life, turning them into her own creative tools in digital space. At the core is a painterly, process-driven approach — building pieces through layered forms where rhythmic compositions, colours, and textures evolve. She lets sequences and visual variations emerge naturally through the process. Her works include giclée prints, posters, large-scale light murals, projection-based installations, and live AV performances.
