All orders confirm acceptance of the price indicated and the product description. To place an order the buyer must use the online purchase method. Once the purchase has been completed Futura Basura will confirm it via email and begin the steps to prepare, and send it to the destination address indicated by the buyer.

CANCELLATION

You have 1 hour to cancel an order from the moment you receive our order confirmation email.

RETURNS

There are two types of products: those that are produced in response to orders, which cannot be returned; and those that are in stock, which can be returned, by following this information.

However, please bear in mind that the price shown does not include the cost of shipping, which varies depending on the package’s destination, and its size, shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system.
