Orders

The terms described in this document constitute the conditions that will regulate the purchase and sale relationship between the online shop of Futura Basura (tax data) (hereinafter, “Seller”), and the Buyer. Futura Basura explicitly rejects other conditions in relation to the Buyer’s order which are not in accordance with what is described in the present document. The Buyer’s acceptance of these conditions is regulated by:

A. Online acceptance of these terms and conditions by placing an order.
B. Reception of the products ordered by the buyer. 

ORDERS

All our products are made by order. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from here and you will need to provide us with a delivery address.

Our products are offered in perfect working condition. When the buyer confirms one of our orders, it accept the description of the product and its price. In order to proceed with your order, you must use the payment methods you found on our website. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order, and we will start the preparation and shipping procedures to the provided destination address.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR PURCHASE

You have a maximum period of four hours from the time you receive our purchase confirmation e-mail to cancel your order without just cause. To do so, you must write us an e-mail to: alwaysopen@futurabasura.com, indicating the order number and, if you wish, you can add the reason why you decide to cancel it.

RETURNS

All our prints and fine art prints are made by order in response to a specific demand, so please bear this in mind when making your purchase.

Once your purchase has been processed and received, if you need to return it, you must inform us via email to the address: alwaysopen@futurabasura.com your return request within a maximum period of 7 days upon reception of the order, and you will have up to 14 days maximum from that date to send the product back to our address located at Futura Basura – Calle San Jerónimo 17, bajo – 18001 Granada-Spain, after this period we will not be able to receive any return.

Please note that the goods must be perfectly packaged and with no apparent signs of use and must be returned in their original packaging; as they are paper products, their handling may cause them to deteriorate, preventing their subsequent sale. Any deterioration of the product caused by handling ceases its return.

Once we have received the product and checked its condition, we will proceed to the full refund of the price paid by you (cost of the item plus shipping cost). Any other costs such as customs duties that cannot be recovered, as well as the shipping costs of the return itself, will be charged to the buyer.
