DELIVERY TIME

Response times may differ depending on the size and type of order received.  We may not always be able to handle orders with the same speed. If we are unable to handle the order within our standard period of 7 days, we will notify you by email. Please bear in mind that you will need to take into account the time the transport company requires to deliver the package, which could vary depending on its destination. We ship around the world to as many countries as possible with the fastest shipping. Below you can find estimated delivery time and costs that may be incurred. We are not responsible for delays due to an incorrect address, local holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive an email notification once your package has been sent. You will also get real-time information on the status of your shipment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our website calculates the cost automatically based on the size of the order and the destination address. We offer DHL Express Worldwide shipping, therefore the vast majority of our shipments to EU countries is delivered within 24 hours. Deliveries to the rest of the world take 3-4 working days. The buyer is responsible for all tariffs and taxes due in connection with his purchase.

CUSTOM RELATED ISSUES

Orders shipped outside of EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any customs taxes charged by recipient’s countries as part of clearing their parcel through customs or when they receive their item. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You might want to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. We will not be accepting returns on orders due to taxes issues.

RETURN POLICY

It is not possible to return products that were produced in response to the reception o an order, which describes the vast majority of those we offer at Futura Basura. We will only accept returns of those items whose product description indicates that it is an item in stock and that it is possible to return it. In these cases you can write to willbetrash@futurabasura.com and indicate the order number, product description and the reason for the return. After reception, you have 7 days to report that you will be returning a product if you are not satisfied with it. To return or exchange a product, just email us at futurabasura@gmail.com, indicating the order number, product description and reason for its return. We will respond and proceed to handle the return. You have 14 calendar days, after receiving the product, to return it. All costs related to shipping, fees or taxes must be borne by the sender. We will issue the refund once the item has been received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives damaged, please report it immediately, at alwaysopen@futurabasura.com and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve the situation as soon as possible. We will ask you to send us photographs to better understand the situation and to offer you a solution. Each package has security adhesives to prevent it from being opened during transit. Upon receipt, you should confirm that these adhesives (4 in total) have not been tampered with. You should only accept packages that arrive perfectly sealed, and with no signs of wear or handling that could affect its contents. If you decide to accept a damaged package, you must indicate on the delivery document that the package shows obvious signs of damage. With this information, and some photos of the state of the package, it will be easier for us to verify what has happened and to offer a solution.
